Stylized Cartoon Male - The GI
Key Features
In this project-based series Jay Edwards, who's been in the VFX industry for 15 years and now works at Digital Domain as a senior modeler, takes you through his workflow for creating stylized characters in Maya.

The focus of the first project is to build production characters with proper topology that can be passed down the rigging and animation pipeline for feature film.

The second project on texturing workflows in Maya & Photoshop will teach you how to add that little extra to your characters that makes them stand out and really helps to sell them.

We recommend this series to Maya users who have some experience with character work already and are looking to take their organic modeling skills to a level that meets the industry standard.
