brainstorming new animation

hi everybody!

I´ll try to think about how to realize an idea I have. it´s about mixing real film with animation. some friends of mine - one female dancer who will do a choreography another friend who will take care of compositing and me -3D. the idea is about to start with a human body who is going to be built up from first bones then overlapping flesh/veins and skin or maybe we use a biomechanic structure, I dont know yet. important is to have nothing in the beginning and visualize the process of getting all parts together until having a complete human body. then we´ll blend it together with real film and letting start the dancer her choreography.

I was wondering how to simulate something complicated like a human bone/flesh/skin-system changing its form/shape and the surface attributes at the same time. I think it will be some kind of some multiple geometry morphing + keyed shaderAttrs. But to be honest - I really never thought about how to achive something like lets say - a realistic process of getting wounded - where the flesh is teared apart and from a first smooth skin you then can see the flesh with liquid and maybe broken bones sticking out. this may now be a drastic image, but it describes best what I mean. if it where just one static rendering, guess that´s not the biggest problem. but since it will be shown from beginning to end, well...

If you like just send me your thoughts in here, plz don´t hestitate!
