Help on extracting files!!!
 

I downloaded the cartoon dog tutorials, but when I extracted the files and tried to open the movies, it says that its missing a software file thats not decompressed. When I play the file, the movie is playing but the screen is blank but i can hear the sound. I've tried redownloading but it gives me the same problem. Please let me know what I can do, Thank You.
