I cant get rid of specular highlite
 

I am using miss_fast_simple_maya node. Everything is working fine but I cant get rid of the secular highlite. I have made the specular color black, turned down the shininess to zero, and I even turned of emit specular on all of my lights. But when I render there is still specular highlights.
