Help with Mech Warrior tutorial
 

Hi There..I`m hoping someone can help me...I have followed the Mech tutorial step by step ...a dozen times now but when I parent the leg joint to the Root joint..the whole rig moves...IE the feet don`t stay planted on the ground....the ik handle and the locator stay put but the legs move with the root.......

Its not the first rig iv`e worked on but just can`t seem to get it to work


ANY help would be appreciated
