You could look into Polytrans:

Polytrans for XSI
Polytrans for Maya

or the beta of this:

u might wanna wait for the FBX format to support XSI more, that works much better than polytrans and works with more programs as well

yeah its already out only it doesnt support much at the moment, development is still goin tho
