Hey! I did some modeling this morning... and I came up with a nice avatar (I think)
I wanted him to look a bit human and less Naavi (just like in the movie)

So I tried to keep some parts of his face human (like the eyes) and I'm pretty happy with what I did

and I actualy have those piercings (stretch) so I modeled 'em to be near as possible of myself
and I will give a try on the hair to really make it look like me

I will shot a picture of myself soon as possible =)
the ones I have are not good for references

just wanted to show his teeth so don't worry about the skin around the mouth

and I also did a couple of modifications on the global shape

Yeah get the references in there.

Dark scene but I wanted to give a nice render
there's something I noticed about the Avatar... they all have cavities in the face that the original human don't have

and on some pictures we really can see that the Avatar looks more... defined or more shaped than the humans

So I tried to get that feeling in my model too

here's an update cuz friends really want the nose to be wider (also did the mouth like mine)

and there's a new update I worked a bit around the nose I prefer that shape... and I also gave you the old model to let you see all the things I did

There's a new one to see how he looks like me (sorry for the bad picture... I took it from my webcam and I haven't slept since 48 hours so... my eyes are weird lol


( I will work on the little "space"between the eyebrow to have the correct shape... I don't like how the eyebrow muscles are now )

had some fun doing is makeup (no textures... painted on photoshop)

I just did that shot for fun cuz the blue color is driving me crazy now...
