What it it like working at a bakery?

Is it a large plant? or small shop?

..sorry, I just always wondered about bakers, and how that whole process is like...

and right now I work in the plant that makes the whole bread for the whole state of Florida...

We do all kinds of breads... the pic I posted is from our Artisan line of breads..(lol not the Artisan in maya :D )

We also have ALL kinds of breads and bagles...

the place we work at was kinda small so they just expanded it 2 months ago... so it's pretty big now...

and as much as I like the money I'm making there, I'd get a PC-related job anyday... (even though they just promoted me to work on the PC in the mornings and do all the orders for the next day's production :D )

o yeah, and it's night time :( that's kinda bad..
