How to create glass
 

Hi

I'm struggling to create a glass looking surface on the magnifying glass. (See Attached)

I also want the "magnified/distorted image" you get when you look at somthing through such an object.

How do I get the look I'm looking for??
are there any tutorials?

erm.. mayb try the mental ray nodes?
or try the glass shader from here clicky called l_glass
there might be a better way thou but that shader i think allows u to set all hese settings
