Default NURBS Quality setting

Somehow, I have managed to change the default quality setting when creating NURBS objects. It is supposed to be set at quality 3 when an object is created, but now it is defaulting to quality 1. Does anyone know how to change this setting?

window > settings/preferences > NURBS > shaded divisions
4 is about enough
