Lightning Effects
 

Does any one have suggestions to get a fairly real looking lightning effect. I am currently using Paint Effects and I have the lightning looking pretty good. Is there a way to make it behave like real lightning, i.e.: starting at one spot the moving to another? Do I do this using the scale tool? Attatch to a curve?

Any tips or suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

I would like to use the Effects Lightning but it doesn't have any branches like the paint effects.
