Getting a flow to animation?

I have a simple animation of a character running. It runs over 200 frames.

Heres a link to a 600k avi of it. (sorry to the 56k-ers :o )

I notice that when the leg is fully reaching back there is a nice smoothing effect so the transition from moving backwards to forwards (middle of the avi) isnt clunky or harsh in any way, flowing from one direction to the other.

I was wondering how i could get the same effect for when the animation completes its loop and starts again. At the moment the transition between moving forward to backwards is very "Stop and Start", with no real flow. It just looks like his knee hits a metal bar or something and stops dead, with no real slowdown of the animation.

Cheers for any help!

It can be caused because your frame 200= frame 1. Try again but remove the last frame.

If not, you can play with the animation curve. Its the curve that determine the speed of the animation, I havent played much with it but I think thats what you need to look at.
