yes it is done with polys.... it is just a low poly version smoothed... the only difficulties i am facing so far is the the rear lights... sheesh... i am trying to do a high poly version of the head lights instead of a doing a low poly and smoothing it out...

Wow!, What kind of poly did you use, cube or cylinder? :)
