No shadows:(

Hello

When i batchrender my model it doesn't appear any shadows even though i have to lights in the scene.
I have searched the forum and the render globals tab but i can't find anything:( How do i get my shadows to work?

turn on raytracing... or select dmap shadows in objects attributes
