Alpha channels

Hi,

Which of the tutorials have instruction on how to incorporate alpha channels into materials. I followed the small chunk Mike's head tutorial but it didn't work.

Can anyone help?

Make sure you have the update to Photoshop. Apparantly they broke something in Photoshop 7 and you need 7.1 or something for it to work properly.
