Woohoo. At last I am able to post something on the Finished Work forum! :)

Here's the final candidate #1 of my blood cell animation.
(the wip for this can be found here: http://forum.simplymaya.com/showthre...&threadid=6526)

Thanks guys. I added some sound and fade in/out (see attachment in the first post). Here's a full TV resolution (PAL, square pixels) shot of a frame. Looks good on the telly too imho ;)

Hello I'm new here today and I tried to download the bloodcell at the top but when I tried to play it, it said that it had trouble finding the right codec. Could someone please help me?

adldesigner 30-06-2003 05:50 PM

I believe it´s DIVX encoded.
Try updating your DIVX codec.
Hope you get to solve it. It´s a great piece of VFX.

That's some great work there, nice atmosphere and camera work.

Wow, this is incredible. i would of been fooled that this was real footage! Keep it up K-man :D, great stuff.

Strarup, those are some nice bloodcells you made, if you made them look more flakey with a texture that would be cool, and add a microscopic look to it (as adl sugggested in a previous thread im quite sure of). May be a bit too red, other than that.. very good.

kbrown 01-07-2003 07:17 AM

Many thanks...

And yes stephen20, it's encoded with DivX. You can get the codec here: http://www.divx.com/divx/

The sound track is encoded with mp3, any mp3 codec should work...
