Face in Maya

hello people... I'm a beginner in maya.
And I don't know, haw to create a polygon face in Maya... Maybe somebody of you can send me a tutorial or a .mb file of a face...

well dont be so tight and go buy some. I myself have bought over 100 of them :P And have downloaded pretty much none of the tuts i've got :P
