Can't import EPS files into Maya 7
 

Hi,

I'm trying to import an EPS file into Maya 7 but nothing shows up (there is no error message, but nothing appears in the view).

I have downsaved the EPS file to version 3 and 8 in Illustrator. I have converted everthing to curves and also tried it with making the objects transparent.

I have also tried the option in maya 7 that lets you import AI files.

Nothing is working!!!

Does anyone have an idea what I am doing wrong?
