Cant wait to see what you come up with tariq, should be good :D. As for this competition, just letting you know you now have until the end of april :).. as for what you model, i think a tv would be pretty boring, vhs tape...(why not dvd.. heheh), and hifi player, nah.... so i would go with the dvd player, which would be very cool :D.

hehe.. I am going with the DVD player... will be playing with FG a lot, after i finish it, i will start with the DVD player, an Matt, i chose to go with the model competition and not the challenge... can you delete my thread there please??....

uptil the end of april???? holy shit!!!!!! i have enough time to make a photoreallistic dvd Player.. will combine the looks of difference players and make one slick DVD player.. hope that atleast this time, it will be a valid entry

Matt, i am having probs with a DVD player... can you suggest anything else please.. i would love to enter this competition...

well,, i will be busy in the last week of this month, as i have to move my country, yes,,, and i decided to do my comp now,, and btw, yes, i changed the topic for the final time now,

I'd say it doesn't need much more than a simple bump map and a little black (maybe the eyepieces arent bumpy cause they're rubber). You know how you could really win this? IF you could somehow make that really neato glass that you get on some binoculars with UV protection. I'll go find a pic.....

I thought it was prettier and more complex but i guess its just a colored-reflective-tint
