my first maya thing (its crap)
here is my first finished project.
Jack-in-the-box without any tuts (danny told me that there is a tut in a maya book). mmh..is there a way to import maya objects into bryce? Here the pic: http://www.aquadragon.de/jackfinal.jpg |
Hehe - funny...
Did you use sculp surface tool ? |
yes...for da face
|
is this from the learning maya book?
looks cool :) you going to animate the opening of the box? |
no its not from any book.
I only made a Jack-in-the-box cuz I didnt know what to do and Kevin told me that I coul make a Jack-in-da-box. Here the topic: read it I really didn´t use any tuts. |
try and poly model the face... or maybe with sub-d ??
I find it damn hard to make anything real cool with da sculp tool ;-) |
Hey, about opening in bryce.. im pretty sure there is a program that can do it, you save it as a certain format which can be read by lots of different 3d programs. If anyone knows the name of this, or where to get it :). If it comes back to mind i will let you know. As for your jack in the box, good start! If the head wasnt there i would be wondering why you posted it, but you have a lot of expression in that face you made! Great job.

formatwonder3d works with bryce 4 only. i have bryce 5 and quite experienced with it.
What have you made in bryce? may i see some? and what bryce do you have? maybe we could exchange tips. Its rare to find an experienced bryce user. |
1st step: what types of formats can bryce read
2nd step: find a plugin to export it... |
thanks for all ya comments.
I am currently working on a woman. I think the woman will be much better than this crappy jack-in-the-box |
