Texturing problem
 

Hi, how do I fix this problem? whenever I try to texture something, it basically never turns out right. I am not sure what I am doing wrong but take a look

I am trying to texture this thing onto my Iris (tga format)

Are you doing it as a 2D projection or a planar map? You could try to make it a spherical map as well...
