How not to stretch the UV

As you can see, some of the texture on the different poly planes are stretched. How can I just "reset" the stretch, if you know what I mean. So everything will be like the area of the chin and neck. |
You have to map the UV's, just look into the uv texture editor and you will see that your uv's are a mess right now
