bunustools install tutorial

hi, i need detailed instructions on how to install the bonustools for maya5 i managed the extra menu to appear, but it lacks lots of the things promised, eg the premade skeletons etc...

so anyone can make a step by step to be able to use all the features?

also sourcing the mel of the skeletons directly did nothing....
