looking good....nice work of texturing.....cud really use a wireframe version of the picture

the neck looks a bit too thick, but that could be the angle, also as supra devil said the textures could do with a bit of tweeking.

You can make out the geometry shape a little at the bottom rounded edge closest to the camera. Maybe just a few more edges might help smooth it out more.
The neck does look a little fat as already mentioned. The neck width shouldnt be as wide as the pickups.

Textures could use alittle work (as stated already). I also noticed the strings....theyre all the same thickness/guage. I know a non-guitarist wouldnt pick that up, but.....I play guitar, and it caught my eyes. :)

My comment is on the textures, they are kinda off, but that has already been said. The head looks a bit too tilted back, maybe fix that, and maybe add a spiraling texture on the bass strings or some kind of texture to change them from being so flat and cylindrical like.
