i tried downloading it and it wouldn't work. is there a phone number of someone I can talk with to get this expedited or how best to receive the tutorial? i'd rather not go back and forth with emailing, etc.

Hi steveO215 the moment you completed the transaction you where credited with the download, I've double checked just in case something went wrong with the automated process and nothing did.
