Q. Now that I have my UV shells layout ready...
 

Hey Maya users... a question I'm currently stuck on.

I have laid out my UVs for my model, have a tile pattern on currently, it looks okay, etc.

Now, where can I find a tutorial with what to do next?

The photoshop part in particular...

How do I take my images (human figure) and apply it correctly to spread out on the UV shell?

Searching isn't helping me, as I feel I'm missing a key word in my searches with so many generic words (keep getting how to lay out UVs, which I now know), a hint or pointer in the right direction (namely towards a tutorial if possible) would be highly appreciated.
