ik spline problem
 

hiya there, just a quick question regarding the rigging of my figure...

ive added a spline handle from the spine to the colar bone

the problem is when i move the skeleton, the handle doesnt move with it..?

ive asked people before and they have suggested making it relative but that doesnt work either...???

if anyone can help that would b great!
