Does anyone know where I can get this particular not in print book with the CD?

It is no longer in print! Dude!!!! Someone must have bought it whoever bought it that year.

I dont think coriollis (sp) ever printed it. Ive looked everywhere also and have not found it or proof it was printed. I think It was going to be but never made it... so i belive. Well if you find more out let use know.
