I want to see if your thoughts are the same as mine, post here tell me what this looks like and try to be as specific as you can... its a flame, but what kind of flame? I will post an animation of this later on when I render everything out....

also, some good crits would be welcomed too...

I'm working with Fluids in 6.5

Reminds me of a gas flame from a lamp.

"A jackal, jackal, a jackal, its a jackal, jackal, A JACKLE!" :p

Looks a bit like a pilot light found in a central heating boiler. Very nice looking whatever it ends up being

it is suppose to look like a flame from a zippo lighter....

I still have some adjustments to do I guess, but does it seem like its on the right track?

Not many adjustments from my point of view, looking at it out of context the flame could be coming from anything. Once you put the zippo in I think it will all work very well. Nice job

Maybe with more blue it'd be a butane lighter?

Flame

Hi (I tried one a while ago, just making it up as i went along, didn't get far :( )

And congratulations, it's an excellent flame, but if you want me to crit it, then for a small lighter flame, as far as I can see by trying various lighters just now,the base is spot on correct, but the orange at the tip needs a bit of"glow" if thats possible and is a very thin band, not quite as broad, and I suppose it's all effected by the lighting we each see in different lighting conditions so this may change if say I went outside..
