ATTRIBUTES MISSING....AGAIN...IS THERE NO FIX
 

aT This point Im just tired...i have tried every suggestion but the attributes, for example, in any of the shaders, like "special effects" which is supposed to show glow, in the open position, does NOT!! nothing shows up.

So I have reinstalled, and I mean totally reinstalled maya 5.0 (and with the 5.0.1 update, still nothing), from SCRATCH....and i have done that at LEAST 5 times. no kidding. i have even gone back to an older version of maya 4.5.

Is there no fix to this? is there nothing I can do? I had maya 5.0 working on this machine no less than 2 weeks ago just fine. and i have not installed any new hardware or software....it just stopped working for me and im trying to complete my THESIS!!! i dont have time for technical issues. im reaching out to anyone who can help....anyone at all.....
