video trouble, please help
 

i'm having trouble watching traing video. i had to format my system, and redownload the training video, but theres' a problem viewing it in window media player can anyone help. thank you

You need the latest Divx codec:)

go to divx.com to get it, install it, then you should be good to go:)

i have another problem, i been trying to redownload the tutorials but its saying that i have visitied the site 150 times which is alot but that was on 9/9 but today is 9/11 so not sure who to reach to get them to reset it so i can redownload te products i have bought. thank you
