why this file render to black after i added a cube into it?
weird, at first, i downloaded the file from 3d tutorial site, i rendered it, and i got a nice output like below.
http://img377.imageshack.us/img377/1958/127fx1.jpg so, i wanna see what if i added a new cube into it and use a phong (material? or call shader??) like the cynlinder. but then, i got a total black output?? why? any idea? btw, you can download the .mb file from here. http://www.jozvex.com/tutorials/fg2.html scroll down and here http://www.jozvex.com/files/fg2/SkylightRoom.zip |
i don't know wat wrong,
i exit maya, and restart it, load the scene above and put a cube and sphere into it and render. now ok already?... no idea http://img373.imageshack.us/img373/1043/241nj.png guess, this is solved. thanks. |
i know what makes it black already!!! after several test
remember, when you want to do rendering, make sure the light isn't selected!! otherwise, it would renders all to black. so, make sure no lights are selected when you want to do rendering. :attn: |
does anyone know what does he did that makes nearly outside the environment total brightness?
i deleted his phong E & ambient light already, but why the outside still so bright? http://img366.imageshack.us/img366/4138/33fd.jpg |
