Need Help
 

Hello everyone,

I purchased points yesterday morning about 9am and for some reason even though payment was confirmed through paypal and received by simply maya I was not given the point on simplymaya. I have placed several emails to admin, kevin, and dave at simplymaya and have not gotten any responses. Is there any other way they can be contacted in order to recitify this situation? I really need to get this taken care of asap. Thanks for any help.
