ik fk blend RIGGING QUESTION

I have done my rig.

Now im having issues with my IK FK Blend

Let me break the problem down.
I have for my FK controls....

a shoulder control, an elbow control and a wrist control

I have for my IK control...

elbow pole vector and wrist control.

Problem?

The wrist control is a square curve.i built it for the IK and didnt follow a tutorial as i only want one control. I dont want to have to have a control curve for IK and anothe for FK. When i switch to FK mode i am having trouble constraining my wrist curve and parenting to the elbow.

Question;.....

can someone direct me or help me create an arm set up that has an IK/FK blend but...also enables me to have 1 wrist control that moves the arm both IK AND FK AND also has all my finger attributes.

thanx

Here is the rig set up so you guys have an idea what i mean.

If you select the wrist control and move it it moves ok.

In the channel control it has an attribute at the bottom called IK_FK Blend. switch it to FK Mode (10) and now move the elbow and the shoulder controls. Moves ok right? ...so far so good, so whats the problem?

When you do this, notice the wrist control stays where it is. I want it to be somehow parented to the elbow control but without bodging up all of my contraints and i dont want another wrist control! lol

Please help. Here is the file.
