This is a character for an animation myself and a few friends are doing for a class we are taking. I would like any comments that people have on it before it gets rigged.

Hello. Looking very nice.

I think the ears look a little high - can't really tell from the angles, they should sit in a position kind of aligned with the nasal area. They could be too foward/back. A side view would be useful

The puffiness on the shoulders can be tricky to animate because you might bad deformations when he has his arms down

The arm to forearm proportional difference looks kind of loopy - might be the toon look you're after but it looks like the forearm and hand area can be scale up a bit (I'm saying this in proportion to the leg dimensions (wrist size __> ankle size). His hands look too scrawny.

His hair is a bit strange, You might want to move it to one site so it looks less... strange :D can't really describe it... I think adding some non symmetry to the character is what it needs.
