i need some conseil to create theet

mhcannon 31-07-2005 08:04 PM

being that hes round, how about creating thin poly cylinder with 2 division on the end cap and the number of divisions along the axis to equal the teeth. scale the end cap faces until the outer ring is about the depth of the teeth. Turn "keep faces together" OFF then extrude upward a couple times, once for the gum line, once for the center of the teeth, and final time for the top of the teeth. scaling faces as need along the way. Then go in and tweek verts.

It's funny...:)...I like the hamburger look...are u plannin' to create the logo?

Yes, I do think it is looking good. But I would suggest following mhcannon's idea for a bit. With such a high poly count on your model, you should have a very very smooth and rounded surface. But I can see where you subdivided and smoothed or tried to model it from just a sphere. IE. The corners on the top of his head. Just tweak that a little though and it should look fine.

5 minute sample...

you would of course spend more time with it and make them look nice, more correct. this is just to sort of show you the idea. notice that you'll have to sort of over exaggerate the angles before smoothing.
