Toon Outline

I have created a chair and table and applied a Shaded Brightness Two Tone toon shader to the sphere. Then I went and added a Toon Outline on my chair and table. Now when I try to move my chair, the chair would move but my Toon Outline would remain stationairy. Is there a way to fix this?
