Multiple Faces in Same Spot
 

How do you select different faces that have their icon in the same spot. For example in the following hastily drawn picture, the selection that i am after is the one on the bottom. But every time i click the center face it selects the entire thing as shown in the
top example. Any ideas for me?

click the square, if its not the face you want, shift ctrl and click again and itll deselct what u have, and select what u dont
