exturude square edges with 90 degree angle
 

hard to put a title but im trying to follow a tutorial this is what im trying to achieve:

i have attached an image showing how mine turns out?

i cant get the top wall to extrude leaving a 90 degree angle.

do they translate or scale it? try using the scale tool.

ahh Scaling it seemed to do the trick thanks.
