Rendering Like 2D
 

If you know to render from maya like 2d(mental ray or software rendering).
Anyone knows Toon materials setup.
Plz mention tutorials sites for this.

you can use the maya toon feature.

It is located under the rendering menu set.

This basically use a ramp shader on a surface and applies a pfx outline on the surfaces.

Not sure about any tutorials but check the docs for this.
