Hello, I very new in Maya 8.5...
so if you all can give me a tips it's will be nice...

looking good mate but just a thought you could try to bevel some of your edges a bit unless your going for a low poly. But even sharp edges in real life have a slight roundness too them. besides from that looking good

To make it pop out more add some textures like on the bar and stools. The modeling is great. Got to this site to get some free textures.

Hey, you should set up some lighting in the scene and turn off default lighting, this will give depth to the room and create realism, goodluck.

Good modeling! I DEFINITELY concur on beveling edges. The advice I've been given is to bevel EVERYTHING!

Once that's done, you can experiment all you like with texturing/lighting!

A gun and a bottle, nice. Alcohol, firearms.... you need a pack of Marlboro to hit the trifecta. It a nice start and I concur, in real life everything tends to have a softer edge.
