hey I think this could work quite well. Obviously there's not too much to crit at the moment. But I think you've got the proportions about right. The only thing I'd check is the part where the ear meets the side of the head. It looks a little odd to me at the moment.

dragonsfire 15-03-2004 04:14 PM

Looks very good!!, ys th year loks a bit flat to the head.

anita 15-03-2004 08:04 PM

Thankx guys thats true Il try an fix it when I get back home am at school right now.

Darkware 15-03-2004 10:03 PM

Looks pretty good for what you have so far. Keep up the good work.

RickStefani 15-03-2004 10:16 PM

Well you are working in the correct direction but a quick warning. I have seen a lot of people model her with this side picture and you have to realize that

#1 her head it learning forward
#2 she is frowning a bit.

Most times the model winds up with a big forehead from this reference.

kazama 15-03-2004 10:27 PM

Look's really good anita, I like the nose a lot. I haven't seen much women posting they work here, I really like to see more woman into 3d. Here in my country women hate 3d, they only like desing and that kind of stuff...

I didnt really like the way the eye was looking nd we all know mostly if you get the eyes right on a charac ur almost 70% to the way the charac looks. So I wanna try a different method and extrude the edges after I draw the iner part with apTo poly tool.
hope it will help

That looks really good so far. How did those reference shots of Jolie line up? I can never seem to find two good shots of anybody that match up remotely close.

Polys take a bit to get used to the work flow, you will find that all of a sudden it will click and becomes a lot easier.
