For the glass im using a Phong Material
The Plants, are Paint FX, i found a new one inside Maya 6 which is really cool, called oakwhiteleaf, it creates all the planes so you just need to change the texture . The Planes are always facing the camera , its like the RPC plug in for max, but much better, cause you can "paint"..;)
