Good Job

Very nice job ... once you finish it let me know how you model such a detail. I am trying to learn how to model interiors like rooms and bathrooms so they look real. If you know some tutorials or free stuff related it please let me know.

Great job again .. and continue with it !! ;)

Very good (seriously)!!! I just have one question...

What is the poly count?

99GsTurbo 17-01-2007 07:14 PM

Ahh marlo, this is sweet. I dont know how you do it lol I dont have the patients

marlonjohn 19-01-2007 11:45 AM

sorry that there hasnt been any updates lately, got side tracked with other stuff and totally forgot about this.

@ tebiches - cheers man, didnt really know i modeled in such detail, lol thanks. haha sure not a problem, once i finish it i will post on how to do it just for you :) yeah i wanna kind of start to do interior stuff like rooms etc aswell. if you want some tutorials, theres one on interior tutorial from kurt called "Interior Scene" which i heard is good and im probably gonna get it soon (by the way you have to buy points to download them). also heres another link of a tutorial which kind of got me started to the capitolio project, tutorial's abit newbish but its got them little tips inside which help in big areas.

@ TheFourRiders - thanks, the poly count is 29789 faces. thats the poly count right? lol

@ 99GsTurbo - haha thanks also man. lol when it comes to maya its all patients really because you want to get everything perfect so you have to wait for them long renders which takes ages :S. ived had my times where ived just lost it lol.

thanks for the comment again guys, this is what keeps me going, im going to put all my other projects aside and try to finish this off. also does anyone have a link to a tutorial for clayrendering? i reckon it would look good if i did it with this particular model since theres alot of things and that.

CHEERS, marlon :)
