Sigh, market trends, what can you do? The younger ones seem to like that stuff and a lot of parents take them. I can see why people didn't like the emo spidey in Spiderman 3, maybe this is supposed to be the redemption movie and they'll leave it alone after this. I liked the Captain Planet sho and I get the whole "Go Green" thing that's all the rage now, but I'm having difficulty seeing what can be extracted from that show that would be a viable plot for a movie.

Well this make me feel alittle better about the whole situation

Aw.... it's spiderman 1 again. I was hoping they wouldn't do the "how he becomes spiderman". Same locations, same series of events, same shots even. Hopefully most of the movie will be centered around a different story.

I know its a bit late But I got to agree with the majority not a real fan of the new look, as seen in my pic before I started out with 3D I use to do a few memo shows as spidey still think that the riami suit is the best I have seen.

But on the plus side the trailer looks pretty cool :)

Well small update - They are starting to get me on side with everything but the suit - still worst one ever (including the fantastic 4 suit with the paper bag)

I like the whole hand made look of the suit, that's more real for me, in fact that makes it cool in my humble opinion, like a genuine nut job making a suit and going out fighting crime.
