select your lighting (group) , go to > attributes > extra attributes > at the buttom over notes you will find your rgb sliders

the vertices that your are trying to wield must be on the same object, if they are not, you must first combine the objects together...

ummm they are created like this; create a curve and camera, pick the cam ( shift select ) then the curve, and goto "Animate > motion paths > attacth to motion path
