Go into the insert edge loop tools options and click equal distance from the edges. Click and drag along one of the edge of your extrusion.

1. Right click and hold on the object that is empty
2. Go down to "Assign Existing Materials"
3. Choose the material that is meant to be. You can choose lambert1 if you didn't assign any shaders.

then u go into its attrs
then u see where it says sharpness
then u change sharpness to 0
then u press 3
then its smooth and good:happy:
