I must admit I'm not a big purple fan. I went through most of the other colors and I couldn't find one that hadn't already been taken.

What about a non color. Gray. Here a shot of the Discreet dark UI. It's slick and elegant, perfect for simply Max. And maybe a dark blue for some highlight areas; or even if it was low enough saturation I would be ok with some purple, but blue or red would be my first choice for a secondary color
