The only thing that really jumps out in the scene as bad/unusual are the floor grooves. I dont think it looks right split up and if it was like that then the sheen around them would wear out fast. There'd also be dirt and stuff down it. If it was a laminate/real wooden floor then the joins would be far tighter.

Other than that this is looking great and could compete in the normals category user added image
