The arms are too skinny for the shoulder mass.
Either bulk them up or slim down the shoulders. Taking the area back around the shoulder end of the clavicle (collar bone) should help a bit. More of an indent between the nipple and the top of the shoulder should help too (near the arm join).
You need to get the hands blocked in as its hard to tell if the arms are far too short (regardless of reference images)
